When does LEAF start?

LEAF begins when a company completes the on-line application form and a self-diagnostic test. The company is screened to determine its eligibility. If approved, it can choose its own consultant from a CME-approved list of accredited professionals. Companies will obtain a proposal from the consultant to conduct an assessment and complete an online agreement form. That form is sent to CME for final approval.

CME will actively assist industry to complete the application forms and handle the reporting requirements.
